Jamil Rammon's largest running specialized fitness program is a rehabilitative exercise program for mature adults called Holistic Balance.
Holistic Balance is a program that provides specialized fitness solutions to assist those whom specifically cannot readily go out and perform general fitness exercises in an unsupervised environment due to past or current injury and degenerative health conditions.

Everyone's body is unique and everyone's mixture of physical conditions are unique, therefore, what retail fitness usually has to sell may look great but, will not work for most people.

The Holistic Balance Program
The Mission for Jamil Rammon Fitness is to provide the means and the support to help mature adults with a diverse range of health conditions, issues and injuries to stay active.
Our objective is to improve capability beyond the minimum ability to "just get around".
We provide the opportunity to enjoy a higher quality of life based on developing the ability to enjoy more of life.
Services which consist of teaching weight bearing and resistance based exercises that combat osteoporosis and other disorders that cause joint and muscle tissue degeneration. This also includes dynamic stretches to maintain and improve flexibility. Together these allow a client to obtain the strength needed to be more mobile and physically active while performing their Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s).
Services that are designed to restructure a client’s daily activities to progress toward a more active lifestyle. Each client is given a monthly exercise program designed to provide the physical progression needed to obtain an improvement in the ability to enjoy activities within their lives. For the client, this is part of a recreational management process.
Activities Coaching and Management
These are services designed to help those of you whom have been athletic to adjust to continue your active lifestyle.
Coordination can be a natural gift for some, but also develops and matures through the body’s natural adaptation process to physical activity.
This is a program structured for those of you who are hindered by poor eating habits. Diets are very stressful and commercial diets are disappointing and frustrating. Improving your diet to improve your health is treated from the same holistic perspective as teaching any other activity.
Post Therapy Aftercare
This program is designed to assist those of you who are finishing plans of care from Physical and Occupational Therapy for injuries, surgeries or health conditions. We help facilitate the suggested home-based plan to continue your physical improvement and further progress our client beyond the standard for discharge and back to a condition fit for an active lifestyle.
This program is designed to apply the spiritual perspective of expelling the body’s fire energy to allow the circulation of healthier mental water energies. We use a multitude of Asian and Classical modes of exercise to reduce the burden of daily stress, which will suppress or prevent hypertension and stress related degeneration and allow a client to experience a higher quality of life through both mind and body.
This program is provided by Medicare to allow it's qualifying beneficiaries to capitalize on preventative healthcare resources. Jamil Rammon is certified to provide Silver Sneakers' Strength & Range of Movement and Cardio Circuit courses for qualified Medicare recipients.
With the proper guidance, the human body can oppose the common physical issues and health conditions that result from natural degeneration and the process of aging.
This includes much more than the internal benefits of being stronger and feeling better. From a holistic perspective, the proper modes of exercise and activity have been proven to improve your whole body wellness (ACSM 2008), which includes your external appearance as well.
